Super Sound Attenuated Enclosure
These aluminum enclosures are unused surplus, built in 2000. They were manufactured for Qwest Communications by Pritchard Brown, the world’s premier enclosure producer. They were built to house 2 MW Caterpillar generators. Some enclosures may have exhaust systems already installed. They have been stored outside in Baltimore, MD since manufacture and appear in very good condition. These are very large enclosures, made to fit over the top of the generator and tank, extending all the way to the ground.

5000 Gallon UL Based Tank
The 5000 gallon fuel tanks were built for the same project. They are double wall UL listed tanks, weighing approx; 24000 lbs each. They are also unused surplus manufactured in 2000. They are located in Pekin, IL.

Note: Because of the size of these components they must be shipped separately and assembled on site. Modifications may be required to adapt any other generator to this enclosure, other than a Cat 3516.

Customers are encouraged to inspect the enclosures and tanks prior to purchase to determine the adaptability for each application.

Deep Sea Control Panel 5510
Model 5510 is an Automatic Engine Control Module. The module is used to automatically start and stop the engine, indicating the operational status and fault conditions, automatically shutting down the engine and indicating an engine failure by means of an LCD display and an appropriate flashing LED on the front panel. Selected timers and alarms can be altered by the customer from the front panel. Alterations to the system are made using the 810 interface and a PC. This interface also provides real-time diagnostic facilities.

It is possible to monitor operation of the system either locally or remotely. (Optional: remote communications output versions only.)

5510 Easy Pushbutton Control
Operation of the module is via pushbutton controls (with security locking facility) mounted on the front panel with STOP/RESET, AUTO, MANUAL, and START buttons. The first three buttons feature LED ‘selected’ indications. Further buttons provide LCD DISPLAY SCROLL and EVENT LOG VIEW functions.

5510 Microprocessor Control
The module features 16 bit microprocessor control and a comprehensive list of timers and pre-configured sequences. This allows demanding specifications to be achieved. Configurable expansion facilities are also provided.

5510 Metering
The 5510 module provides metering via the LCD display with the following instrumentation displays, accessed via the LCD DISPLAY SCROLL push buttons:
